Tethered connection to Mac from A7C2

hi I wondered if anyone could help me?

I've connected my A7 C2 to Lightroom( Mac. verision 13.3). The app see's the camera but will only receive photos if the camera's  save mode is set to PC only. If I try to set it to PC. And Card it does not see the shot, even though I can trigger a capture from Lightroom and can see the framing via live view.  If I set it to PC only it does see the shot.

I would like to be able to save both to the card and the computer. Does anyone have any idea if I'm doing anything wrong? . If you have an A7 C2 and you're tethering it to Lightroom on a Mac, are you having the same problem
