Tethering Works but Tethered Capture Window Not Showing in Lightroom (Sony A7IV)

Hi everyone,I'm having trouble with Lightroom not showing the tethered capture window. Here's what'shappening:• Tethering works when I press the camera's shutter button, so the connection appears to be fine.• However, the tethered capture window doesn't appear, so I can't use live view and change other controls on-screen.• I've already enabled the tethered capture window through File → Tethered Capture → Show Tethered Capture Window, but it's still not showing. My setup:• MacBook Air (M1)• macOS Sonoma 14.5• Lightroom 14.0.1• Sony A7IVI'd really appreciate any advice or troubleshooting tips to resolve this. Thanks in advance!

Hello, you can try the following.If the tethering works (shutter capture is fine), the connection is mostly functional, but incorrect USB settings (e.g., USB Mode not set to PC Remote) on the Sony A7IV may restrict full tethering control, including the tethered capture window.
