Text in 'User Comment' no longer searchable?

Is text in the 'User Comment' field no longer searchable using 'Library Filter'?  I used to be able to do this, but am currently not able to.  I am using Lightroom Classic v.11.0.1 and Windows 10.

Thank you so much for your reply.  I am perplexed by this issue (which has been happening since v.11) as I can search for some terms and it works, but if I search for 'hair' it doesn't!  I am definitely searching all photos.  I have included a screenshot with the metadata for one of the photos with this 'User comment' (and there are several others), and the results of the search.  Oh well, might have to remain mystified!
