The development adjuments problem

Question

I have a problem that every time I just go over an image that I view in the Lightroom Clasis application I automatically apply that icon of ”Photo has developers adjustments” although I do not I made no changes.
This ”BUG” messes me up because when I look at the ”recently modified” folder I appear there and the photos I have practically no editing.

Do you have a solution for that?

If you look at the History Panel, do you see an odd History State, probably White Balance: as Shot?

And do you at import select Embedded and sidecar files for previews?

Known annoying bug.

Thank you very much @GoldingD!We solved the problem by changing the build previews mode to standard when importing the photos.I wish you all the best and good light in photography further!
