The specified folder is not writable

I am trying to export a shared drive and Lightroom Classic reported that the specific folder is not writable. However, I can read/write without issue from Windows Explorer on the same computer. Also, within the "Choose Folder" dialogue box I can create a new folder without issue. If I select the newly created folder, LR Classic complains again. Additionally, I can right click in the Choose Folder dialogue, select New, then add a new item to the folder. It can successfully add the item. So the folder is definitely writable! Why is LR Classic thinking it is not writable?! 

I am running Version 13.4.
