Hello, I am a user with Lightroom Classic via the web. I want the title of the image to appear on the image when exported.

There is no 'Lightroom Classic via the web', but there is Lightroom Web. Lightroom Web does not offer such option and does not support plugins like the one suggested by @dj_paige .

I have never used it, but it says it does what you want.

Also, you say "with Lightroom Classic via the web" but I don't know what that means.
