Bonjour,

 

Depuis la derniere version 14.5.

Impossible d'utiliser LRC !!!!!

À l'ouverture il me dit que j'ai trop de connexion (en plus sur le même ordi !!!!!) 

Je désactive pour pourvoir utiliser

Mais LRC se referme après avoir demandé une sauvegarde 

Et je boucle

Bref LRC inutilmisable

Hi @tplancon,

 

Sorry for the delayed response. The “too many connections” error in Lightroom Classic usually happens when the activation records for your device get out of sync with Adobe’s licensing system. Even if you’re on the same computer, Lightroom may think multiple sessions are open.


A couple of steps you can try:
 1. In Lightroom Classic, go to Help > Sign Out. Restart your computer, then open Lightroom and sign back in with your Adobe ID.
 2. Visit the Adobe account page and check for any old devices listed under “Activated Devices.” Remove/deactivate devices you no longer use, then try launching Lightroom again.

If the issue continues, please let us know:
 • The exact error message wording (a screenshot would be great).
 • Your OS version.
 • Does this happen only with LRC or other Adobe apps?


That will help us narrow it down further.
