Top menu in Lighroom classic size is too small and can NOT be changed by changing Windows scaling.

Thanks for your response and screen shots.  This is not happening for me.  I attached screenshots of my display with 3 windows LRC, Windows control showing the Scale setting and a copy MS Word.  The first image is at 150% scaling (the recommended scaling).  The second one at 350% scaling, note that the control panel and Word top menu scales but LRC doesn’t.  I am doing this on my secondary display.  I also tried to change scaling of the primary display but it does the same scales everything but LRC.
