My Topaz Gigapixel AI does not work as a plugin on Lightroom Classic after I upgraded my Mac to Ventura 13.,2?

I can recommend reinstalling Lightroom Classic & the plugin. The plugin you need help with is 3rd party & according to your description, the issue started when you updated macOS 13.2.

 

If Lightroom classic works without the plugin, reaching out to the plugin manufacturer for troubleshooting-related help would be the next step.
