This is almost always a corrupt or missing monitor calibration profile. If you are not calibrating and profiling your monitor, you should do it. If you are calibrating and profiling, redo the calibration process and be sure the profile gets saved and is being used by the operating system. Look at Calibrite products for the best quality.
