Transfer of photographs in LR from a laptop to a main computer.

Hello everyone. I dumped my photographs into LR Classic on a MacbookPro laptop from my camera every evening during a trip abroad  and spent a lot of time post-producing, sorting, adding keyword tags and ratings. Now that I'm back home, I'd like to export those photographs, complete with the tags and ratings, into the main catalogue on my home desktop Mac. I imagine that there is an easy way to do this, but I'm struggling. Any advice would be highly appreciated. Thank you.
