We’re not mind readers here. Did you try clicking on Lightroom Classic and then clicking on “Force Stop”, or not?

Did you click on “Verzenden” to send a report to Adobe? Did you click on the box that would allow Adobe to contact you?

From these two screen captures, it seems to me that LrC was installed but cannot be opened properly, which is not what you explained. Can you try doing a uninstall of LrC, and then re-install it?

When I try to do an uninstall he says I can’t do it because of a conflict error

Are you using the Adobe Creative Cloud app to do the install?

What steps do you follow to begin the install? Please be specific and detailed.

I use the Adobe site and creative cloud to do the install.
Het tells me the update is done on the site, but it didn’t any installation

The only thing you need to use to properly install Lightroom Classic is the Adobe Creative Cloud application on your computer. It’s not clear to me what you mean “I use the Adobe site”.

What is the message you get, word-for-word, leaving nothing out (even if it is not in English)? How do you know that it didn’t do any installation, what do you see?

This seem to be different than the original post where you say it provided some sort of “conflict error”.

A lot more detail on all of this would be helpful.
