Trouble syncing AI edits

when I try to sync photos with AI edits, I keep getting an error message that says "could not update AI settings for 1 photo" or however many photos I'm trying to do. Also happens when I hit the "previous" button to try ot sync that way.

Sorry for the delayed response. Here are a few things to check:

  • Ensure you’re on the latest Lightroom Classic (v14.5.1).

  • Does this happen with all file types (RAW, DNG, JPEG, TIFF), or only specific ones?

  • Try syncing AI edits by copying/pasting settings instead of using the Previous button. You can also test by unchecking certain settings (e.g., Detail) and pasting again to see if a specific setting is causing the issue.

  • If the issue persists, reset Lightroom preferences: https://adobe.ly/4nOgPMH. Before resetting, you can back up the folders listed there and restore them later if needed.

If the issue is reproducible, a short screen recording of your workflow + a copy of your System Info (Help > System Info) would help us investigate further.
