Trouble with Live View and Canon 5D Mark II

When in Tethered Capture, the Live button doesn't do anything. I'm using a Canon 5D Mark II and I'm running Lightroom CC 12.4 and macOS Ventura 13.5. Your support site says that Live is supported for this Canon model. And I have been using it on Still mode. Tethered Capture still works like normal, just the Live feature seems disfunctional.
