Trying to Capture a video frame makes all videos unresponsive.

I'm on Windows 11, all drivers & Windows and Lightroom Classic are up to date. Plenty of free HDD space and no memory issues that I can see.

When I try to capture a frame from a video (have tried several different videos from several sources), the video freezes, and selecting any other video doesn't change the image in the main display (the main loupe window "freezes" on the video I tried to capture the fram from.) The image in the "Navigator" window in the top left does however change to any newly selected video.

How can I fix this? Very frustrating.
