AAAArgh. Have duplicated Lightroom etc on hard drive and uploaded to new PC. Where are the presets??? Bit tired of looking for answers on internet. Is there a human out there that can answer questions?

There are plenty of humans here. At least I assume they are humans and not bots, I have never actually met them to confirm they are humans.

Maybe you could first describe the problem in detail. Make sure to state the version NUMBER of your Lightroom and the version NUMBER of your operating system. Words like "latest" or "up-to-date" should not be used, we need the version NUMBERs.
