trying to reinstall LR5 on my MAC.

tried to re install my mac.  Came with error message 213.10.  Did not find any directory SLStore under library.  tried removing and reinstalling again.  Same results.  Logged in as Root, and reinstalled.  SLStore is added, but now comes with a different message.  Asking me install Adobe creative cloud desktop app.  Thought mine is not a cloud app. I said why not.  Trying to install that for over an hour.  Staying at 2% . and no luck .
