Unable to access denoise and also HDR

Starting this week I have been unable to use the Denoise feature,when I click on it nothing happens and I have just tried unsuccessfully to use the HDR combine feature as well.I am running the 14.1.1 version on a Windows system using the latest version of the software.

Any ideas as to how I can fix these problems would greatly be appreciated.
