Unable to create collection after update

Hi, does anyone know where I could  find support from Adobe for a bug in Lightroom Classic? After the last update, it has a problem when I try to create a catalog at Importing pictures. The "create new catalog button" just doesn't work.

I assume you are wanting to add the photos to a COLLECTION (As in your post title).

There is no 'create a catalog' option anywhere in the Import dialog.

Normally I would select the photos in the import window and check the box beside [Add to Collection]- I get a long list of my Collections, or I can click the [+] to create a new Collection.

So the [Add to Collection] button does not work?

Do you have the File Handling panel open to be visible?
