Unable to Drag and Drop Bridge to Lightroom

I am no longer able to drag and drop from adobe bridge to light room as it tells me no photos to show. It starts to act like it will import but it won't and it was working the day before. I have logged out of everything and shut my computer down and nothing has helped any help is appreciated, thank you.

What happens when it won't import - are the thumbnails gray? Can you post a screenshot of what you are seeing in the import window?

When you say thumbnails do you mean the pictures that pop up before I hit import? Sorry I'm not strong on this as unlearned from my daughter to help her out but she is stumped too. I'll see if I can attach 2 pictures where it shows like it's trying to import and other shows screen after it won't import pictures.

Thanks for the screen shots. In your post you mention that you can no longer drag and drop to import. Where are the image folders you are trying to drag into Lightroom Classic? The screen shots show question marks on all of the folders and exclamation marks on all of the images indicating that the files have been moved.
