unable to export photos in LrC13.0.1

Two day ago, wanted to export 100 plus photos as JPG for further processing. The export starts, but there is no progress bar visible on the screen top left corner and the export stops. In the target folder there is no single JPG .

I have removed LrC entierly from the workstation and re-installed. Exactly same behaviour unfortunately.

Has anyone seen this sudden problem and what kind of workaround could help. I need the JPG for further processing.

Any help is very much appreciated.
