Please show us a screen capture of the Import dialog box, using the “Insert Image” icon, and not the paperclip icon.

Please also tell us the version NUMBER of your Lightroom Classic (and not words like ‘latest’ or ‘up-to-date’).

The new forum confuses lots of people. The first dialog box, where it says “Briefly describe your question” is the title, a few words like “Import button disabled” are what is needed there. The next dialog box, where it says “Add more context Share more details to help others understand your question” is where you type all the details. We don’t need your entire problem statement typed twice, as you did.
