Unable to install Lightroom Classic

Hello,

I've tried installing and uninstalling Lightroom Classic numerous times and I keep getting the same errors that prevent me from using Lightroom. I've even trid installing oldver versions of Lightroom but have had no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

1st Error - As soon as Lightroom finishes installing I try to open it and am greeted by the following error:

• Lightroom encountered user perission issues.
  Light room does not have write permission to some standard user folders. Please click the "Repair to Continue" button to grant permissions. Lightroom might not work correctly if you continue without correcting the issues.

2nd Error - I've clicked on "Repair to Continue" but then get another error that states the following:

• Light room can not fix the perimission issue for you automatically

3rd Error - Needless to say I click on the "Continue" button and get presented with yet another error that states:

• An error occured when attempting to change modules.

This is where Lightroom freezes up and will not let me continue. Not sure what else to do as, like I've said, I've gone through the install/uninstall process 5-10 times.
