Unable to launch adobe lightroom on Windows 11

When I launch adobe Lightroom on my windows desktop, I keep getting a system error because of a missing file mcf140u.dll. I already reinstalled Lr twice and restarted my laptop several times. The missing file is present in my windows folder. Does anybody have an idea how to solve this?
