Unable to open in Photoshop

The open in PS command doesn’t work after updating to both the PS and Lightroom Classic new (non beta) releases. The command starts/opens PS but the picture isn’t opened within the app.

Also, prior to the updating the apps, I upgraded to macOS Ventura 13.0.
