Unable to open LrC

I have been having issue with my lighroom classic 11.4.1. I just used it a week ago but it has been 3 days it won't still open. Please help

1. The last time you worked in LrC, did it get closed properly, or did you force quit, or did it crash?

 

2. Curious, why start from the Adobe  Creative Cloud Desktop App? As opposed to a shortcut that should have been created. Or from a Start entry.

    I will send the attachment of what does happend. It only goes to that
    circling icon and then gone.
