Unable to Print to File using LRCC v8

I've been trying to create a jpg file from the Print module using "Print to File". It takes me to a screen to name the file and destination, then shows 'preparing print file' but nothing appears in the destination folder. Any help with this will be appreciated. Win 10 on Toshiba laptop.
