Unable to sign in to LR Classic after upgrading to LR CC

I was forced to upgrade to LR CC on my macbook pro.

I don't want to upload ALL my raw files into the cloud as I am traveling with limited  bandwidth.

I was happy with my LR classic, and syncing only the collections I wanted to the cloud.

After the ugrade I am not able to sign in to LR Classic.

So I have to export files I want to upload to the cloud and import them into LR CC.

Using both apps on the Macbook pro is cumbersome to say the least.

Any suggestions?

Nope. You can use either one or, of course both if you like.

Please verify which plan is active on your Adobe ID.

There is a plan that only has LR CC. However, since you were using LR (Classic) before I was in the believe that you are subscribed to a plan that includes Classic as well, i.e. the Photography plan.

There is nothing 'forcing' you to LR CC.

If you don't want to use it simply remove it and continue to use Lr Classic CC.

Well actually if I’m not able to login to my account on LR classic, I guess I am being forced to use both!

your comment is really is not helpful to my problem!
