Unable to Sync Photographs from Lightroom Classic to CC

I have set the collections to 'Sync with Lightroom', turned on syncing at the top right corner, and the photos appears in the 'All Synced Photographs' under Catalog. However, nothing is happening - it does not appear on Lightroom Web or Lightroom Mobile even though I have checked that it is correctly signed it.

In fact, in the Cloud Storage, it says 0 out of 1 TB used.

Lightroom has to create Smart Previews for almost 10,000 photos and then upload them. It's gonna take time.

If you truly feel it's bust, you can to the Lightroom Sync preferences, hold down option, then use the Rebuild Sync Data button that appears.

Smart Previews have already been generated for all. Regardless, at least a few should have synced. I also rebuilt sync data to no avail. Sync activities is still showing nil.

And what does LrWeb show? Could we see a screenshot of the left-hand panel in LrWeb?

Smart Previews synced from Classic don't count against your storage. I've almost 80,000 images synced and I've only 10GB used, so don't use that as a measure.

Can we see a screenshot of the Collections panel with the collection in question showing?

One trick that can force sync is to add Metadata, like adding a rating or a label and waiting.

FYI, this is on Lightroom 12.1 running on Mac OS Venture 13.1. The photos are coming from Lightroom Classic.

FYI, the sync activity shows nothing is happening. I have deleted the web catalog, restarted Lightroom Classic, logged out and in of Lightroom Classic. Nothing is working
