I'm unable to update CC Lightroom & Camera Raw, show everything up to date, but says 204 days ago- currently have CR 9.8, Lightroom 2015.8

Need  update as have Panasonic GH5, won't read RW2 files.

I have the same problem. LR does not install the latest update and sticks to LR 2015.0. Manually installing the update does not solve the problem.

It's also not a problem of our corporate network, virus check and other standard solutions. We extensively tested different network accesses. We saw that Lightroom updated as it should, when we used a newly configured system. As I had this on my desktop and laptop computer and on 2 additional stations and as all clean-up operations failed.

Finally I asked to install Adobe CC on a newly configured Laptop...and it worked. So: something in our installation history prevents the CC application and the manual download/install to install the latest version of Lightroom.

I still need to do some testing as I want to find a solution without initialising my desktop workstations.

The detection logic sometimes does not see the available update and therefore does not offer it from the CC desktop app.

However, a manual download and install should always work. Are there any error messages when trying to install the manually downloaded update?

Manual install does not install, unfortunately.Installing on a newly installed clone (my cpy has a standard configuration, that is loaded on all new PCs before customising) does detect and install the latest version of LR. There are no error messages. But I did not yet analyse the log files. At some point I needed to finish more urgent tasks. Nobody except me is using LR and I have a workaround with my Laptop.

Download the update to 2015.12 directly from here: Download Photoshop Lightroom

For Lightroom you don't need to update ACR separately since it's integrated.
