The first dialog box is very clear. Contact the system administrator at your school or company, and have that person allow the software to be updated.

The license is in my personal name, thus I'm the administrator / user.

I can't see your screen captures. You need to use the "Insert Photos" icon to include screen captures in your reply.

Have you tried running the update software as administrator?
