Unable to upgrade Lightroom CC 2015.1

I appear to be stuck with the exact same version of Lightroom CC that I acquired in 2015 (2015.1) running on MacOs 10.15.7 (Catalina) despite being up to date with my subscription payments.  The built in 'Update' function under the 'Help' tab does nothing.  My plan inludes entitlement to both Lightroom and Lightroom Classic as well as Photoshop. However when I try to install either from their downloaded dmg files the installer fails to commence. Could this be because I have not firstly uninstalled the 2015.1 version of Lighroom CC?  I am reluctant to do so because I don't want to loose 9 years worth of edits.

Can anyone please advise, Thanks

Thank you kindly for this advice, I got through to Adobe today to secure a down load link for version 11 (https://ccmdls.adobe.com/AdobeESD/LTRM/11.0/macuniversal/e87e5d76-3092-49a4-958c-83f6334874b8/LR_11.0_202110120910-0bccc70d.release_macuniversal_ESD.dmg?token=exp=1722590603~hmac=d595a66f00c7ff79e1e68ebe1424d12e869f3d975a047a4eb5598d8cee2e9e25)

So I'm now up and running with v11.0 but can no further on MacOS 10.15.7 so not able to update to 11.4 to interconnect with mobile apps.  This will have to suffice until I acquire a new AppleMac.

So, for LrC, looking at the system requirements, your MACOS will support LrC v11 (see REF 1) and not newer than that (see REF 2 and 4). This will be a big problem as the Creative Cloud Desktop App will present only LrC v13, and v12 (see RED 4).

You will need to contact Adobe to acquire a link for a v11 install.

That is a very old method of updating. Oh it can still work, but it is (if working) just an extra step to get to the Creative Cloud Desktop.

Now that being said, As you are apparently way way behind in updates (CC 2015.1 years ago, I think back in 2017), I think I should ask, what Adobe Plan are you subscribed to?
