Unable to use Graphics Processor Since Updating to 13

Ever since updating to v13, I was having an issue where an image looked normal in the Libray module, but when switching to Develop didn't look correct. Contacted support, and they discovered that when disabling GPU it corrected this issue. They informed me  it was an unsupported graphics card, but it was working as expected before updating to v13 so wanted to also report it here for consideration and review.

Thanks so much for any thoughts or options to reenable the GPU.

If you turn it back on. And specifically if you select Auto (not custom) does LrC return back all happy, or does it claim a non supported GPU?

Oh, and close LrC, and restart the computer first.

Thanks for the response GoldingD. I did what you recommended - and it fixed it! The odd thing is, I did this a few times before contacting support (resetting ICC profiles, updating GPU drivers, etc), and when she was working on it she tried also and the same issue occured - the picture looked as expected in Library but when going to Develop it looked different/bad. Note, it was originally on Auto, she flipped it to Custom to try to address.

I'm honestly unsure how it resolved. Any thoughts so I know what to look for it/when it happens again?

Thanks again for the help!
