Unable to view or import video
On attempting to import video I get the message: connecting to dynamic link server failed.
I also cannot view any video in Lightroom.
All was working fine up to yesterday when an import of mp4 files failed.
I'm running a new iMac with Mojave and the latest version of Lightroom.
I've reset my preferences, deleted the dynamic server files in activity monitor but it's still occuring.
I've also tried to purge the video cache but the dialogue box hangs.
Any insights will be appreciated.
