Unable to work with LRc presets for MacOs non admin user

Hi, 

I added a non admin user to my mac and gave lightroom classic full disk access. 
Now I can't save new presets, no presets are shown and it claims that every preset I try to import has already been imported. 

Does anyone know that situtation and/or how to fix it?
