Undo jumps to the last image

Just updated to LR Classic 13.0.1 and have OS Ventura 13.5.2. When using shortcut (Command Z) to undo, it's not always undoing the last action but jumps to the very last image or shows a screen saying "no photo selected." Sometimes it works as it should.

    Have you considered resetting the preference file? Could it be corrupted?

      I did that. It now doesn't skip to the end, but still shows "no image selected" sometimes and it also just doesn't go to an image at all. So I have to click on an image.
