Unspecified slow complaint

I've been using lightroom classic since november, it ran fine first but now "2 days ago" when i touch one knob it takes longer to render than it took the graphics team to render the blackhole scene on interstellar.

Is lightroom classics code written on the web version of python, and how long does it take to write "hello world"?

How is it possible that my computer can run rdr2 80fps on max but it takes a quantum computer 10 to the power of sweet jesus to raise exposure by 0.01 in lightroom classic if it evens opens up the software that is.

Now yea ive tried every solution that has been written on the web since google was published to the public and to no avail.

If by some miracle anyone in here has the golden solution to fix my "lightroom slow" incident here, i will for eternity pray upon your soul that nothing bad ever happens to you.

Below are my computer specs:

More than good enough to use a photoediting software.

CACHE

Can you share a screenshot of LrC /Preferences/Performance/

Interested in knowing how large you let the Camera RAW CACHE get, and where it is placed. This would effect Develop module performance.

Catalog location

Library Path: C:\Program Files\Adobe\Lightroom\second\catsecond\catsecond.lrcat

That is one very odd location that you have placed your catalog in. Very not normal. Oh I do not think by itself it is the cause of your LrC performance, but I suspect it indicates extremely poor user file management.

That C drive, how large is it, how much space is available? Typically LrC catalogs need 25% free space on the hard drive they are located in, less than that and performance degrades.

What type of hard drive is the C drive? LrC catalogs can take advantage of being on faster SSD drives.

What other hard drives do you have? And are they internal or external? This should you decide to relocate that catalog.
