update LRclassic in LRclassic not possible.

in win11 my LRclassic shows the version 11.0.1. when i go to Help - Update, i get a message that upades are deactivated in the adobe updater. 
when i go into the notification manager app, it says that 11.0.1 is actual. 
what about messages that an update is available for 11.1?
(LRclassic is not blocked in the firewall - all connections in and out are allowed - cloud sync between win and ipad works fine)

hope you have any idea what can be wrong and how to update my LRclassic.
