Update your Epson Print Drivers after updating to Ventura (mac OS)

Posting this after assisting numerous clients encountering print issues with their Epson printer after updating their older mac to new M1's  with Ventura:

    No issues (other than the new, ugly GUI from Ventura) on my Epson 3880 with the latest driver 12.6.2 with either LR or PS. 

    Ditto with my Epson P800.
