Updated Windows 10 and Presets + Export Presets are gone from LRC

I recently used the reset option to reinstall windows 10 that allows you to choose an option called something like "keep my personal apps and files". Most of my apps are working properly again but I am having some issues with Lightroom.

My user presets are no longer in lightroom and neither are any of my export presets.

I create new catalogs for each shoot I do and all the photos are still in the catalogs. I tried resetting lightroom preferences but that didn't seem to help, and I checked that the box is checked for show potentially hidden presets.

Is there anything else I can do to recover those presets? Thanks for the help!!!

Do you have a drive backup? Here are the default locations that Lightroom Classic uses:

Another thing to check is that you may have stored the presets with the catalog, and that this was reset, so now Lightroom Classic tries to find the presets in the default location again.
