Updater Stuck on Lightroom Version 10.

I have been trying to update to LR Version 11.  When I go to updates it says " your all updated".  But I am not, LR is still running Version 10.  I am running on a 2021 Mac 24" with M1 Chip.  I am running OS version 12.0.1 Monterey.  Would like to update.
