Updating Lightroom Classic to 15.4.1

I have a relatively new (almost 1 year old) Mac mini M4 and I can't get it to download the update, 15.4.1 that is showing in my Creative Cloud. I starts downloading but extremely slowly and eventually grinds to a halt.

Is the problem with me or is it a general issue?

I’m currently running LR Classic 15.3.

My Mac mini is an M4, 32 GB memory,

Mac OS Tahoe

Storage 304.33 GB available of 994.66

I read a suggestion that I run Creative Cloud Cleaning Tool but though I have downloaded it I can’t seem to open it. Not sure why?
