upgrade my catalog in my portable external hard drive?

Hello, May I have your advice?

How do I correctly upgrade my catalog in my external hard drive, when I receive the upgrade message when I open the LRC on my Mac ?

There are two options: one is to "choose a different catalog"; and the other is "upgrade"

If the catalog on the external drive is a different one to the one thats open, then use the 'Choose a different Catalog' option to navigate to the one on the external drive, then click Upgrade as Jim suggests.

If you want to upgrade the catlog to the same version of LrC that you are using, use the "Upgrade" option. If for some reason you don't want to upgrade the catalog use the other option or use the "Quit" button.
