Upgrade RAM or the Graphics Dard

I am looking for some help.

I currently run a Ryzon 7 5700G with 32GB RAM , Navdia Geforce GTX1650 Super, 650w PSU, 1TB SSD and I find that when using lightroom some of the process are slow. ie: deNoise. Will upgrading the graphics card to RTX 3060 help or do I need more memory?

Please define slow. The processing of the AI Denoise is not as fast as other adjustments on any computer.

Increasing RAM for LrC on Windows above 32GB will not have a noticeable benefit.

Denoise depends entirely on the GPU. An RTX 3060 will help. Depending on a lot of other things, an RTX 40xx might even be a better choice. If other parts of LrC are slow, you may need a faster CPU as well.
