Upgrade to Lightroom - No light room catalog

A few days ago I uninstalled LRC and upgraded to Lightroom. I was under the impression my catalog would not be touched (in fact I still see it in the folder). However, I am unable to upgrade or import the catalog into Lightroom. What can I do? I would nevec have upgraded if I knew I was going to lose my 5 year old catalog.

If you really want to change from Lightroom Classic to Lightroom, then you must 'migrate' your Lightroom Classic catalog to move what you've done in Lightroom Classic to Lightroom.

Legend

Only Lightroom Classic uses a catalog. If you uninstalled Lightroom Classic and installed Lightroom 7.3, the catalog is not used or available.

Reinstall Lightroom Classic 13.3 to use your catalog again. LrC and Lr can be both installed on you computer.
