Upgrading a LR6 catalog to Lightroom Classic!

I have a LR6-catalog that I wish to get into LRC.

It cannot be upgraded in program but I found this workaround (below). The only problem is that I cannot install any versions older than 14.0 and I need 13.2 to do the conversion.

Any idea on how to proceed.
