Upgrading LR Classic for Mac

I have been looking for the way to upfrade my LR Classic to the latest version. Instructions are unclear to me. Ois there not a link or menu to upgrade, to 12.3? help appreciated.

In LR Classic, do the menu command Help > Updates.

To start, which OS version are you on and which LrC version are you currently using?

You upgrade LR Classic by using the Creative Cloud Desktop app. Once you install and open the app, updates are presented within the app, for LR Classic as well as any other Adobe creative apps you may have installed or included in your plan.
