URGENT: Can't Export

Question

The hits just keep on coming!
 
Now I can't export. I hit export, the little progress bar pops up in the left corner, and it stays at zero. Stays and stays. No movement. Unless you count the beachballing cursor.
 
Doesn't matter whether I'm exporting one or multiple photos, doesn't matter what settings I'm using. It just doesn't work. When I check the Activity Monitor, the pressure stays in the green. Plenty of RAM available. 
 
I'm using Lightrooom Classic 13.2 on Mac with Ventura 13.6.6 installed. (The latest version available for this 2017 machine.) 
 
I've got a submission due tonight. Somehow I've got to wring these pictures out of this {Link removed} machine.
