URGENT!!! CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION!! [Locked. Duplicate post.]

I've been trying to cancel for some time before my subscription reaches 14 days.  The poor customer service is really frustrating. I just need my subscription cancelled and get a refund. Order date is August 13, 2016. Someone please look into this I really need help to get it cancelled. I've tried everything on the website.

    I have tried that too and doesn't help at all. I am posting because I've seen other members post too and  get their subscription cancelled directly by a customer service representative.

    We're not Adobe here. We're just Lightroom users.

    You need to contact Adobe, or find your subscription on the Adobe web site and cancel it there.

    Also, as far as I know, the trial subscription is 7 days.

    I saw a post yesterday requesting is subscription cancelled and got it So I thought I'd do the same.

    I don't see any cancel plan on the abode website and contacting Adobe is really hard and just doesn't work at all and this is not trial subscription.
