URGENT HELP - Images appear edited after import

Help please!
I have just upgraded to a Canon 5D MKIV .

When I try to upload the images onto my iMac, I cannot see the RAW files, I have to copy them across and then convert to dng before I can see them.

So, I convert to dng

THEN... I imported them into Lightroom and they look like they have had a preset applied and/or been edited!

They also look like this in the dng folder!

How can images straight from camera have edits?

Please help

    Please go to Help> 'About Adobe Photoshop Lightroom CC' and tell us what you see as shown below. There have been numerous reports where people have stated they are up-to-date, but actually using an older version. Canon 5D MKIV raw files were first supported in LR 6.7 and CC 2015.7 and Dual Pixel raw files in 6.8 and CC 2015.8.

    Hi sarab,

    Could you please tell us which version of Lightroom are you using?

    Also, post a screenshot showing the import window while importing the raw images in Lightroom.

    Hi Akash

    I am using 2015.8

    I cannot import the RAW files from my Canon 5D MKIV into Lightroom.

    I first have to convert them to dng files and these seem edited too!

    I have no idea what is going on
